Rules

1. Game Schedule and Days

Game Broadcasting

Responsibility: It is mandatory for the captain of each team to broadcast all World Cup matches live.

Tolerance for Match Start

Tolerance Period: A tolerance time of 10 minutes beyond the scheduled start time of each match will be granted.

Game Times and Days

Flexible Timing: If no agreement is reached between managers, EFA will schedule the best day for both parties.

Designated Day: Games will occur on Sundays.


2. Championship Schedule - Group and Knockout System


Group

26/05 to 01/05: 1st and 2nd rounds

02/06 to 08/06: 3rd and 4th rounds

09/06 to 15/06: 5th and 6th rounds

16/06 to 22/06: 7th and 8th rounds

23/06 to 29/06: 9th and 10th rounds


Playoffs

30/06 to 06/07: Semifinals

07/07 to 13/07: Final


3. Rules and Prohibitions

Lobby Composition

Each team must have a minimum of 10 players present in the lobby to start a match.

Use of Anti-Cheat

It is mandatory for all PC players to use the anti-cheat software provided by EFA. Failure to use the anti-cheat will result in an automatic defeat (WO) for the offending team.

Prohibition of ANY

The use of the position known as ANY is strictly prohibited.

Exiting the Match

A team is allowed to exit ('QUIT') a match without prior authorization from the EFA administrator only in the first 10 minutes of the game. This permission is automatically revoked if a goal is scored or if a player receives a red card during that period.


4. Game Reporting

Recording Obligation

All clubs must record their matches. Recordings made by cell phone will not be accepted. Begin recording from the team roster screen (game lobby).

Recording Content

It is necessary to record the performance of players and game statistics, in addition to the final score.

Result Reporting

Scores and statistics must be sent by Saturday at 23:59 (UTC).


5. Bugs and Undue Advantages

Gameplay and Server Bugs

It is mandatory to report any gameplay bugs found during matches to EFA, including issues such as uniforms making team identification difficult, invisible goalposts, and players out of their original positions.

Undue Advantages

EFA will not tolerate undue advantages during gameplay. Goals resulting from these advantages may be annulled after an EFA review.


6. Player Convocation

Each national team can have a maximum of 30 players called up. The final deadline for regularization is until 01/06 23:59 UTC.


7. Complaints Process

Deadlines: Complaints must be made within 24 hours after the end of the round. The period for presenting a defense totals 48 hours for the entire process.


8. Final Provisions

Team Name Compliance: The names of the teams registered must be identical or very similar to those used on FC 24. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the cancellation of the match and the awarding of a victory by WO to the opposing team.

Inappropriate Conduct: Any inappropriate conduct against players, teams, or the federation will be analyzed by EFA, which will decide the appropriate actions to be taken.

Dual Player Registration: Players with dual registration on a team's roster may be suspended for the remainder of the championship.

Unforeseen Situations in the Regulations: In cases not explicitly covered by this regulation, EFA has the authority to analyze and make decisions.
